Dylan Donovan

Dylan Donovan is a licensed Sales Representative with Chestnut Park Real Estate Limited an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate. Having grown up with a family in the real estate business, Dylan has gained a thorough and in-depth education on various aspects of the industry including, residential, commercial, investment and new development activities.

Kristen Duern

Kristen began her career in Real Estate over 13 years ago out of University, and has been specializing in new construction developments ever since. Kristen has a distinctive background and accurate understanding having worked in many aspects of Residential Real Estate and development from front line sales, management, customer service, strategic marketing and operations. For the past 10 years, Kristen has focused on sales at the Suites above the Shangri-La Hotel Toronto, a luxury, 5-star hotel and condominium project, which has successfully sold over 99% of their inventory. Being involved with an international project, such as Shangri-La, Kristen has been studying Mandarin to increase her appeal to the International marketplace.
