April saw some thirty condos sold in Toronto over $2,000,000 which is one of the highest numbers we have seen in a while. IT is proof the confidence in the luxury condo market has come back in force and pricing for these luxury properties continue to be on the rise. Of those thirty condos sold the average price came in at just under $3,000,000 and sold in just 36 days.
Below is the top five luxury condos sales from April 2021.
5) 75 St Mary Street – $3,350,000
One of the few townhouse units at U Condos. These three storey units provide a great condo alternative with over 2,800 square feet spread over three levels and a great value for the area on a $/ft basis.
4) 311 Bay Street – $3,500,000
An impressive 3,275 square foot suite at The St Regis Residences in the Financial District. Featuring exceptionally large principal rooms and access to full range of hotel services and amenities.
3) 110 Bloor Street West – $3,550,000
Situated in the heart of the Yorkville neighbourhood this two-storey condo offered nearly 2,000 square feet of living space plus a large outdoor terrace with amazing views of the city skyline.
2) 50 Yorkville Ave – $4,280,000
The larger suites at The Four Seasons Private Residences are some of the most sought-after properties in the city but rarely available (especially in the west tower).
1) 1 Roxborough Street East – $11,600,000
One of the most expensive condos to have every sold in Toronto. This 4,000+ square foot penthouse in the Summerhill neighbourhood featured an extraordinary floor plan plus an incredible outdoor terrace with views over looking the city.
